Texas prep running back, Ty Jordan, has Arkansas in his top schools list. Out of West Mesquite High in Texas, the 5’7 183 pound scat back has trimmed his list of schools from twenty-four down to eleven.
The schools who also made the cut are Texas, Baylor, Houston, Missouri, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Tennessee, USC, Utah, and Wisconsin.
Many believe he is a strong Texas lean. With the extra emphasis that the new Arkansas staff has put on recruiting the whole state of Texas, one can bet Arkansas will be an absolute finalist for this game breaker.
According to 247sports.com, Jordan is ranked the 385th overall player in the country, the 9th all purpose back and 54th ranked player in the Lonestar state.
Jordan has been recorded with a 4.5 second forty yard dash, 32.8” vertical and a 4.32 second shuttle run. As a junior he was a first team all-district performer.
